My Calorie Coach says I will reach my goal by Mar. 12, 2011! My goal weight says I will reach it by Aug. 10, 2010. That's a big difference. I've only been at it a few days and that is really disheartening. IT is basically telling me it will take me more than a year and a half to loose 80 pounds. What the hell is that? This has made me more depressed than the mess my dog makes every day. =*(

First Day

I've been counting calories for about two weeks now and I just found this website today, so I am going to use it to its fullest. I have to go to a nutritionist every two weeks and omg it sucks because I'm not loosing fast enough and she's starting to get upset with me, not to mention that it costs me a $35 copay every time. Having PCOS sucks. Anyway, today is my first day with calorie count and my goal is 172 according to them, my personal goal is 180. Last year at this time I was 25 pounds lighter, but I was also on a crash diet for about four months. When I started that diet I was 32 pounds heavier, so I guess I'm going in the right direction right now. IT's hard to see it in black and white that I have almost 100 pounds to go before I'm healthy, but maybe this time I'll do it. It doesn't help that I'm smoking too either, but I'll quit one day I guess.
