Today is Yoga...not sure about this one LOL I tried Yoga for Dummies DVD once and did not like it and could not do most of it so we shall see what today brings. I will edit later or post about it tomorrow. Missed in my guide that I was supposed to do ab ripper X yesterday so I will do that today too. Got to get the screens for the windows scrubbed today...before summer is here and gone! LOL, grass needs cut and of course golf tonight with g/f - DH has men's league. Weight lost week 1 ...0.6...sigh not very good - was hoping for 1 pound but really had trouble sticking to that 40% protein..I do think I could have lost more on that but it is not a natural way for me to eat...sigh..TRY harder this week. Calories are def NOT the issue..unless it's that I don't eat enough...hard to change how you eat naturally

That move from yesterday was called a Side -Tri-Rise - lay on R side, place R hand over L shoulder and L hand between armpit and chest. Push -up raising upper body off the ground ..HARD ...at least for me

Heard from DD yesterday - GS having a blast camping - was going fishing yesterday. She was on her way to her church - she's in charge of a huge yardsale they are having as a fundraiser. My other DD is in Raleigh NC for work.

Ha ha had to share this joke

A preacher woke up one Sunday morning and looked outside and saw it was a beautiful day. He decided to skip church and go play golf. So he called the junior pastor at his church and told him he was sick and couldn't give the sermon. The junior pastor told him not to worry, he would deliever the sermon.

The pastor drove about 40 miles away from town to avoid being spotted. As he was setting up his first drive on the first hole, Jesus leaned over to God in heaven and asked him, "Are you going to let him get away with this?"

God told Jesus not to worry He would handle it. Right as God said that, the preacher hit the drive of his life. The ball traveled all 450 feet to the green, bounced once and rolled into the hole. The preacher was estatic. Jesus asked "God, why would you let him do that?"

God said, "Because who is he gonna tell?"
