i'm going to stay away from processed things from now on: no more luna bars or what have you, simply because they are easy.
i won't count calories and will get most of my carbs from fresh fruits and vegetables. non fat cottage cheese and greek yogurt. smoked salmon and chicken. salsa. sometimes low carb pita, but be careful, jane!
no need to run if i don't like it: i walk every day and climb lots of stairs. yoga every sunday. don't worry about my body. don't beat myself up if i don't have the perfect body.

breakfast: a big serving of nonfat Greek yogurt, with oatmeal and blueberries mixed in
lunch: one egg and one egg white with spinach and smoked salmon. an apple.
snack: luna bar (bad!), with a little bit of goat cheese and blueberries, a few black coffees, chai tea with a little bit of nonfat soy milk
dinner: eggplant, zucchini, chicken in a whole wheat wrap, a little bit of guacamole.

can't buy salsa and smoked salmon anymore, because they're expensive, five euro for a tin of salsa!!!, and my boyfriend eats it all......unfair, because he's just as happy

a breakfast of petit dejeuner (chocolate, not chocolate chip), fat free yogurt and peach, probably 320 calories, i can walk that off

200 grams of fat free yogurt

half a square of chocolate
bit of feta with whole wheat bread
dinner:
2 packets of petit dejeuner cookies (450 calories! and too much sugar)
a cup of oatmeal with a bit of soy milk
6 almonds
100 grams of skinless chicken, 1/4 an avocado, half a cup of salsa
one egg plus one egg white
too many carbs! too much sugar!
