i'm going to stay away from processed things from now on: no more luna bars or what have you, simply because they are easy.

i won't count calories and will get most of my carbs from fresh fruits and vegetables. non fat cottage cheese and greek yogurt. smoked salmon and chicken. salsa. sometimes low carb pita, but be careful, jane!

no need to run if i don't like it: i walk every day and climb lots of stairs. yoga every sunday. don't worry about my body. don't beat myself up if i don't have the perfect body.
