breakfast: a big serving of nonfat Greek yogurt, with oatmeal and blueberries mixed in
lunch: one egg and one egg white with spinach and smoked salmon. an apple.
snack: luna bar (bad!), with a little bit of goat cheese and blueberries, a few black coffees, chai tea with a little bit of nonfat soy milk
dinner: eggplant, zucchini, chicken in a whole wheat wrap, a little bit of guacamole.
a glass of white wine, an apple
