I am feeling very hopeless lately. I have been exercising almost every day for a long time (like 2 years) and I haven't lost any weight. In fact, I've gained weight. I only eat two meals a day now and I try my best but it's really hard when all of my friends don't do anything to work out and they eat a lot of snacks and stuff and they're thin as a pole. I'm just so frustrated and feeling like giving up... :(
