I finished my first full week of logging in my information on caloriecount.com. It is such a good exercise to do this. It really makes me conscious of what I eat. It's funny how the things I am eating, with a few adjustments, are very conducive to accomplishing my goals. Really, I could stop counting calories at this point. I am still going to keep track. It keeps me focused.
I'm making gains on running, too. I have been doing long stints on the eliptical machine. When I started running on the street, though, I realized that running is much harder. Yesterday, however, I ran for 15 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of walking. It was really tough, but it was well worth it!
