			<title>Day Six</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I slept longer than usual today maybe because I wasn't feeling well last night.&amp;nbsp; I woke up and went to Subway to grab a bite to eat and to Wal-Mart to grab some 5lb weights because the 15's im using for some of the exercies are hurting me a little.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I got back and got ready for my workout and I completed it with only a few rest periods between exercises tonight so I am getting a little better at it.&amp;nbsp; the 5lb weights were just what I needed to get through some of the workout a little better.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I seriously need to take a shower and find something to eat again my stomach is grownling at me.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!!&amp;nbsp; I am feeling kinda under the weather tonight.&amp;nbsp; I am not even out drinking and BBQing because I feel like poop.&amp;nbsp; No exercise today either.&amp;nbsp; I feel guility but I will make up for it tomorrow if I am feeling better.&amp;nbsp; I think I am going to lay down and watch some movies.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Day Four</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well today was just another day.&amp;nbsp; To be honest I really just wanted to stay inside and watch movies today.&amp;nbsp; Then I began to think about what it would be like if I did I would have probably started making excuses for not working out everyday.&amp;nbsp; I really want to change this time so I am not going to miss my workouts.&amp;nbsp; Tomorrow will be tough being a holiday and all but I will just have to do it a little earlier to make up for it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I love the foods that I am eating I am just not likeing making it all the time....i know that sounds really lazy but it annoys me that I have to do that same steps over and over...and the only thing im doing it sticking it in a microwave :)&amp;nbsp; I need to look for some more recipes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Been watching the videos and reading from the site Undergroundwellness.com and it has been really helpful it was like being in a college health class it was nice and informative.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I know for a fact that I am going to be drinking beer tomorrow so I hope that it won't hinder my weight loss drastically but this event only happens once a year so I guess on the 5th I am going to have to step it up a little bit and do two workouts instead.. although now that I am thinking about it hopefully not doing them with a hangover that would suck balls.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well I am done with my ranting and raveing for the day be back tomorrow night after the firework show to write to anyone who is listening.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;July 2nd, 2009 11:16 pm is completed.&amp;nbsp; Just got done working out with the Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred Level 1 for the 3rd night in a row and I have to say I have done very few workouts but I am proud that I am sticking with it like I am.&amp;nbsp; Since I have been to this site I have utilized the tools that have been presented before with and I am likeing it.&amp;nbsp; the Calorie counter even for the short that I have used it has opened my eyes on some things and for the better I might add.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I still can't weight myself on my home scale because it just says E but I went to Wal-Mart today and picked up some measuring tape for my waist.&amp;nbsp; it said I was 56&quot; around the belly button and 53&quot; below it so I am going to go from there and see weekly if it has gone down at all.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;well I believe its time for a shower.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Summer Sausage</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Didn't realize how terrible summer sausage is for someone.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't help that I just ate 25 slices of it either...&amp;nbsp; Well I guess I will chalk this up to the Live and your learn motto.&amp;nbsp; Won't be eating this again period.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Just worked out</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well just made it past day two.&amp;nbsp; Started on June 30th, 2009 I am currently doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred DVD and sticking to it so far..&amp;nbsp; I found this site and am using the food intake thingy majig and I plan on sticking to that as well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would like to be 200lbs by summer of next year that would be my ultimate goal as then I could join the Marine corp and start exploring the world a little bit.&amp;nbsp; Maybe meet a cute girl or two :)&lt;/p&gt;
