Am doing tons of studying and paper writing and generally stressful stuff so am just really grateful that I'm not overeating. I'm not really losing but I don't really care - right now no change is an accomplishment. :)
A little bit of exercise daily does relieve my stress though, which is nice.
I hear you. When I'm under pressure, I make it my goal just to maintain and get a bit of exercise for the stress. In my last exams, I was on 3 hours of sleep a night, so I didn't even log and just ate whatever I liked. As soon as exams were over, my body revolted against all the junk I'd been feeding it, and was only hungry for fruit and veggies. Good luck with all the stress. It won't last for ever, and you can always start losing again later... |
