No seriously. No one explanation for today's gain. LOL.
The concert was fabulous. Had a fantastic time. More later, off to class for now. *sigh* I should get to take the day off for withdrawal.

Stats: 21, female, 5ft6in, sedentary.
Starting Weight: 167 (Sat. Oct. 25 2008)
Goal Weight: 140 (by Jan 31 2009)
Current Weight: 158.4 (today, Nov. 10 2008)
Weekly "Official" Weigh-In: Saturday Mornings
Results thus far:
Week 1: -3.4lbs
Week 2: -4.4lbs.
Daily Calorie Target: 1300-1500
Exercise: 30-40 min. elliptical, 3-4 times/week
Shoveling my driveway :)
Daily H2O Intake Target: 2L+
Other Stuff: I have a disability, so exercise is a challenge for me. Any recommendations for activities that don't require balance, flexibility or co-ordination and are easy on the ankles and knees are welcome.
Would love to make friends and support one another!

My mom came back from the US and brough Wisconsin cheese. Fancy, beautiful cheese with fruit in it. I CAN'T EAT ANY AND I AM DYING.
