Well, Weight Watchers was the kick in the pants I needed.  I lost 6.2 lbs the first week.  Yes, I know.  Some of that is water weight.  But I did exercise 4 times just moderately like 20 minutes walks.  They have a point system.  I used all the daily points but not all the weekly points, just a few.

They have a new program called Lose for Good.  WW will donate a lb of food to a national food bank for every lb their members lose over the next 4 weeks up to 1 million lbs.  Plus our local office is donating to the local food bank too.  It is a win win and motivating program.

Not much news other than that.  Have a good evening!!

Hooray for a great start!  Sometimes you need a change of scenery to get restarted.

I did WW for a while and it worked while I was on it.  What ever it takes to keep you motivated is a good thing.  Congrats on the great loss the first week!

peace, Sarah

Yeah for you jumping on the band wagon again!  Anything that works should be considered...sometimes one system is just easier to wrap your head around.

Good for you!! It doesn't matter how you do it as long as you do it. And for waterweight.... you were carrying that right? So if you lose it you can count it, don't deminish it because it is waterweight... Wow 6.2 lbs!!!

Keep going! And keep us up to date with how you're doing.

Keep to the program and you should see much accomplishment, but don't get discouraged if you don't loose that much every week. It is bound to level out.  Log it all as a loss.

Take care and God Bless.
