At the Outback steakhouse I ordered the steak & vegtable grillers with no butter or glazes, with a sweet potato, with all of the topppings on the side (instead of rice). I ordered the house salad (without croutons and cheese) with fat free tangy tomato dressing. I did have two small slices of bread. If I calculated correctly, the totals are below :-) I think I am finally learning how to order what I am allowed to eat :-)

Wow! You get the PHD of CC! Good deal! How did you find out how many oz the meat was going to be? D. |
Drea99, the site was cool but it did not have the food I ordered on it. Yes, I always order the fish and steamed veggies so I decided to go all out and get a steak and potato. D24k1968, I guessed on the ounces of meat or sometimes I ask my server. Best of all my weight is the same today :-) Hopefully it will go down tomorrow! |
we luv the Outback... I was surprised to figure out that restaurants actually kind of brush a butter/herb/garlic spiced butter or sauce onto a lot of things, including salmon, veggies and baby red potatos... so there are ways to get stuff a better way... i was kind of shy about asking, but nobody batted an eye so i guess i'm not the only one asking, eh? Glad u figured this stuff out ~ it makes me feel like I can cope with going out to eat... happy dining! |
Good job! |
