So Friday was a bad day for me on the food front. I was good all day at work but when I got home me and my man decided to be lazy rent movies and order pizza. I thought no big deal I will have two peices drink lots of water and if i'm still hungry have some salad from home. This isnt what ended up happening. I ate two peices, decided they were fairly small peices and helped myself to a third, a movie later and I decided it wouldn't hurt to have another peice and that turned into two. I ate 5 peices of pizza ouch!!! My original plan was to start working out on monday but after being bad on friday night I figured I had to do something if i wanted to see any results at my monday weigh in. On saturday I did a 45 min taebo cardio video and today i went to the rock climbing gym for 2 and a half hours. It was a blast and I can already feel my muscles getting sore. I'm crossing my fingers that when i weigh myself tomorrow that friday night didnt do too much damage. I plan on going to the gym after work tomorrow to do some cardio work and trying to do better this next week on the healthy eating everyday not just 6 days. wish me luck on the scale tomorrow.
