1750 calories / 6 mins & 30 seconds on treadmill / 50 ozs of water
Today:
Church was really good. We practiced our Christmas program and the kids have learned it really well. I think their probably tired of it but they'll do a really good job. I'm really pleased with them.
Weekend eating:
Usually I eat eat eat the whole weekend. This one has been different. I was more in control Not perfect but doing much much better
Exercise:
Well I did it I got on the treadmill and made it six mins and 30 seconds. A whole min and a 1/2 more than my goal.
My hip begin to get uncomfortable about 4 mins in. But I hung in there and exceeded my goal. Looks like I'm a bit more fit than I thought I was. Had he hip not been very uncomfortable I'd have made it a whole 10 or more mins. Just how the hip will impact my exercise remanins to be seen. I'm hoping that I will be able to increase with time the hip settles down.
