Today has been a really really good day. We went on a monthly Recreation, and Community Living skills trip. We ate at a wonderful restuarant. While everything is high in cals, fat, sodium, carbs I think I made good choices.
I got a ribeye sandwich. Fries comes with that and I do love those fries. Instead of fries I enjoyed a nice salad. The dressing was a bit much but on the whole it was good.
Today I got in a lot more veggies than normal. That's a good thing since many many days I don't get any in at all.
My page says my cals are at 1430. If I have swiss roll later then it will go up to 1530 which will be ok since I can loose at that level.
I haven't seen my dietician since early summer. She had to cancel and then I had to cancel. School started and a new principal took over. Meetings were scheduled and then meeting days changed. I also had to drop out of WW due to the changing. I finally gave up and decided I was on my own. Well things have finally settled down and I think I can safely schedule an appt w/o having to cancel which will be nice. So I have an appt for the Monday before Thanksgiving.
Exercise: It was so beautiful today I decided to walk outside instead of the treadmill. Instead of only 5 mins I got in 10 mins in the gorgeous outdoors.
Bowing today but I didn't bowl. Instead I was on my feet and moving for about an hour. So I actually got in about an hour of move move movein 
Good job on your 6lbs and getting some exercise in! I did WW also and loved it. That is actually how I lost most of my weight. If you still have your points finder... you can use this as your weigh in and support. good luck! |
