Last week was easy. I was thrilled because I was back in control and I was being successful. So hunger or the desire to keep something in my mouth at all times just wasn't there.
Today I have wanted something in my mouth most of the day. I did pretty good at stopping myself except for the pork skins. Thank goodness they were stale. Thank goodness for Sugar free welches grape drink. This week may be more challenging and if I'm able to be strong and just get through it I think the eat eat eat urges will die down.
1525 calories / 50 ozs water / 15 minute walk.
