Yesterday and today were and are going to be really busy so this will be short.
Yesterday
I ate well. The calories were fine but the veggies were very limited. I don't really like them but I'm much more satisfied when I eat them. Water was about 50 ozs. As far as exercise goes I just didn't have time. Mainly yesterday was work, home to eat and then church.
Today:
I have to work the book fair so no exercise except for the little bit of extra movin that will involve.
I have my meals planned and should finish the day between 1300-1500 calories I think. Right now they're adding up to 1200something but I'm sure I will have a few more than 1200 plus. My veggie intake will be better than yesterday but the water will be less.
I'm looking forward to a less busy day tomorrow and getting back to my walks.
