REVIEW OF SEPTEMBER
-
far too many sweets, too often
1. cornettos 7 +
2. biscuits, almost 2 everyday!
3. licorice (one off but shouldn't have eaten)
4. icecreams of all sorts
5. chocolate
6. jelly type sweets at films (should have had fruit) - not enough protein
- too many calories in the morning
- eating too late
- not having my 5 a days
- not eating enough salad type meals
- too much processed food
- not enough exercise, only 7 hours and 9 mins this month!!
- Up exercise - new aim is 600 mins a month minimum (10 hours), which is 20 days of 30 min sessions, with 11 days off a month - Done 910 mins!!!!
- eat at set meal times again - Eating when hungry worked
- stay under 1700, aim for 1500 to 1600 not over - ave. daily intake was 1599 for the month
- lower morning calories - did so, dramictly
- do not eat after 7pm - managed on almost all days except ones where i was up till 4 or 5am
