REVIEW OF SEPTEMBER

  • far too many sweets, too often

    1. cornettos 7 +
    2. biscuits, almost 2 everyday!
    3. licorice (one off but shouldn't have eaten)
    4. icecreams of all sorts
    5. chocolate
    6. jelly type sweets at films (should have had fruit)
  • not enough protein
  • too many calories in the morning
  • eating too late
  • not having my 5 a days
  • not eating enough salad type meals
  • too much processed food
  • not enough exercise, only 7 hours and 9 mins this month!!
OCTOBER ACTION PLAN  -COMPLETED NOW

  • Up exercise - new aim is 600 mins a month minimum (10 hours), which is 20 days of 30 min sessions, with 11 days off a month - Done 910 mins!!!!
  • eat at set meal times again - Eating when hungry worked
  • stay under 1700, aim for 1500 to 1600 not over - ave. daily intake was 1599 for the month
  • lower morning calories -  did so, dramictly
  • do not eat after 7pm - managed on almost all days except ones where  i was up till 4 or 5am
  • reduce sweets, esp cornettos!! - Did indeed, sweet reduction rather dramtic and i feel so much better!

    END RESULT: Tummys gone down and i lost a pound LOL

Hi!  I had to giggle at the Cornetto's....I've seen them in stores here but have never had one!
