November.. to Feb. My HARDEST time of the year to stay on track ( i have S.A.D - seasonal affective Disorder) and im on antidepressents for it now at least.
I have to kick myself to exercise from now to the end of febuary.. so wish me luck! i gonna log my exercise on here, so i can see when im not doing enough...i know right now this month i havn't done enough yet. Hopefully i will be alright for the next bit of the month, as i have set myself the aim of 600 mins each month....

Hey, I get S.A.D during the winter months too, and I find taking vitamin D really helps pick me up - the sunshine drug, yay! P.S. Your before and after photos are awesome. I should make one! |
