Well, slow but sure. The doctor's 1500 calorie diet is working. I am down 13 pounds today from when I started dieting over a month ago. (only 6 pounds from my doctor's appointment).
I love it when you go down into the next 10lb range, it just feels good to look at the number when it changes. I went from the scale saying 26x's to 25x's today, yes, it says 259.8, but I'll take it!!!
Today, I have learned cheese is really bad for counting calories and I am going to stay away from that. I haven't really started exercising, but I have been making my walk to the car longer at work. The parking lot is 10 minutes away and I have not been taking the shuttle to the car. That is a start. Tomorrow, I am going to walk around the block on the way to work to make it a little longer. Every bit counts right?!
