Kind of hung up for a week with being on call. I know it is a poor excuse, but working 30 hours in 3 days really did me in. about 75 hours in a week!!! I called off one day this week because I felt like passing out a few times. I have been eating well, staying under 1500 calories, but one day on call I ate a lot of bad foods, (still under the calories) but really bad for me.
I haven't been able to incorporate exercise into the diet yet other than walking a little extra during the week. I really want to start a routine, but going from nightshift to daylight is really messing with any routine in my life.
I feel much better today and just created a new recipe under the analyzer today. I really like that. My husband always says my food is good and that I should write down my recipes... I just tend to add things together and make something. I never have everything I need to make real recipes, so I improvise. Some days I just make it up based on what I find in the fridge.
I think the analyzer will help me a lot.
