Finally a little action! I have LOVED The freedom from counting! And I have been able to really focus on workouts! Which in turn has caused my to be very concious of what and how much I eat!
This morning I weighed in at 154! Down 1 pound from starting! I am headed in the right direction! I am meeting a friend at 8am to walk 4 miles! 4th day in a row! I wont get in much exercise this weekend as I work 7am to 7pm Sat and Sun. Maybe some weights or a walk on my lunch! But I am on my feet most of the day!

Okay! Time to get to business! I am headed out for a walk, but will REALLY try to post here daily!
Day 1 155 lbs.
Goal for the end of August.... 148!
Wish me luck! Here I go.....!!!!

I have not been very good at journaling at all!
Today I am 154....down 1 pound, but still wanting to get back to my low of 151! Maybe this week! Than it is back on track to the 140's!
Great day eating so far! Should end the day at
1450 calories consumed
1973 burned unless I walk again tonight
So far a 523 cal deficit!

1500 calories in.
2000 calories burned....500 calorie deficit! I will take that!
Today was a good day! I ate great!
Dinner was a new recipe....
4 chicken breasts, browned on each side. Remove chicken from pan.
Add to pan 1 can diced tomatos with onion and garlic,
1 can quartered artichoke hearts,
1/4 cup chopped sun dried tomatos.
Heat to boiling, return chicken to the pan, reduce heat , cover and cook about 10 minutes or until the chicken is done cooking.
It was amazing, and only 200 calories per serving!
Tomorrow will be another great day! I am working out at the rec center with a friend in the morning....that is always a motivator! Having someone to hold you accountable to get your butt to the gym!
Oh, my other proud moment was that I popped a bag of 100 calorie snack popcorn and took it to my sons baseball game where I usually indulge in hot dogs and buttery popcorn....and I had my smart pop and a bottle of water and that was it!!! And my sons team won beating the only undefeated team in the league! (atleast they were undefeated heehee!!!)
Now I am really upset! I am 154 today! I need to get my butt in gear!!!
I stayed under 1600 cals yesterday and should be around 1500 today! I need to exercise so much! I still should have around a 300 calorie deficit with no workout. But my hope is to walk tonight!!!! I NEED TO GET SERIOUS!!!!

Been off track for a couple of days! Not sure what is up! I hate that I allow myself to make excuses like "Its a Holiday weekend", or "I alreadly blew it with that cookie, so I might just as well blow the day!" I am scared! I was 152 this morning! Creeping back up again! I need to be in the 140's! My plan was by the end of this month....not gonna happen! So the new goal is 148 by June 15th!
Today: Over 2000 calories....I stopped counting!
Goal for tomorrow....1400 calories and Turbo Jam! And atleast 80 oz's of water!!!

Free day today! Love it! I worked so hard with my diet last week and stayed the same! I am starting week 4 of the Body For Life program! I really love it, but need to step up to the plate on the workouts! That is my goal for this week! Hold me accountable everyone!
The goal is: 100 percent on target with the diet and exercise!

Breakfast: Egg beaters and Lite wheat toast
Snack: Crispix cereal and skim milk
Lunch: Salad with 35 cal lite dressing and a cup or so of goulash (homemade with 97% lean beef.)
Snack: Rice cake minis
Dinner: Salad with 1/4 cup hummus no dressing and goulash about a cup or so again
2 sugar free Russell Stover coconut candies
