Entry Day 4 no counting!

Finally a little action! I have LOVED The freedom from counting! And I have been able to really focus on workouts! Which in turn has caused my to be very concious of what and how much I eat!
This morning I weighed in at 154! Down 1 pound from starting! I am headed in the right direction! I am meeting a friend at 8am to walk 4 miles! 4th day in a row! I wont get in much exercise this weekend as I work 7am to 7pm Sat and Sun. Maybe some weights or a walk on my lunch! But I am on my feet most of the day!

How's it going?  Are you losing weight, maintaining, gaining?  I'm envious that you've gotten in those looooong walks for exercise.  Congrats and good luck!
