My body likes this weight of 220. I have been around this number for at least 10 years. But for my health and the pleasure of getting a smaller stomach (instead of the pregnancy look) would be wonderful. So today I am public and want everyone to know that this girl means business. My plan is 1500 calories a day and at least 30 min of cardio everyday. This working out is so hard because i work about 13 hours 3-4 days a week. I want to make this promise to myself. not anyone else. I just want help to say focused.
