Day One..Tuesday
Started yesterday at 97kg......just about fell off the scales when I verified my weight...... immediately sprung into action.......llooking to burn over 700 cals a day and intake restricted to 1400 cals......

Day2...Wednesday
Body sore all over this morning from power walk yesterday. 1100 calories yesterday and felt good. I used to fast so this is no different. Going for the same today. First weigh in will be on Friday so looking forward to that.
Did a weigh in today and recorded 94kg......3kg drop in 3 days.......wow!

Day 3. Thurs
Did a 5.4km walk this morning at 5.15am....took 50 minutes and very good. Diet working ok, not overdoing anything and keeping within my 1400cal target.

Day4 Fri
Lethargic this morning. Had breakfast. Went for a lettuce and cottage cheese snack at 10am. Looking forward to weigh in on Monday.

 Sat
Did 6km walk and stuck to calories.....1100 today.

Sun
6km walk and stuck to cals.......about 1200 today
