So it's been a few days.
I really like this counting the calories etc of what i eat, really surprising sometimes how one thing can send you awry and now that you know it's far easier to say no!
And finding out youre eating way more calories in small amounts with the wrong foods is kind of eye opening too =)
You can actually eat quite a bit if you eat the RIGHT things!
Chocolate and peanut butter are my downfall lol
SO good, yet SO bad.
I feel better about it all, so im off to go for my newly routed 2 hour daily walk!
Yay for new sneakers hehe
