Having moved from sunny Brisbane Queensland where everyday is an outside day, Canada is cold and dreary at times and makes you feel so much more different....more often down without that sunshine dose!
I'm getting used to the cold now and realise it doesn't always rain when its that dark and cloudy and you can walk for an hour or so with the right clothing and still enjoy it!
So far with my intent of a two hour walk, i walked an hour yesterday at a brisk pace, and today i did 90 minutes!
I'm feeling it, but i feel GOOD!
The more you do the better you feel, the easier it gets.
The less you do the harder it gets.
*crosses fingers* i hope i can keep it up this time!
Kinda great to have somewhere to write and vent a little about it all =)
And read all the tips, help and success stories, realising there are so many people out there that are like me or similar and im not a super freak for having food issues lol

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
