Entry I'm pleased but confused

So, I go for my sneaky, unoifficial mid week weigh in this morning and I'm delighted to find out I've lost another 3lbs - taking the grand total to 79lbs.

This is fantastic but I a bit confused about how I've managed it. I've been crap at going to the gym lately - the most exercise I've done is a bit of walking. I have stuck to the healthy eating but I've let bread back in the diet, not drunk enough water and drunk way too much alchohol over the weekend.

It worries me about getting too excited about it because if I am dehydrated I could put it back on. I suppose it could be TTOM because that was last week.  Hmm, I wonder if that would make a difference like that.

I suppose I shouldn't complain I mean, weight off is weight off, but still, if I don't know how I did it then I don't know how to do it again.

Hmm, puzzling.
