    Well today was un-usual (sp) for me. I went ot the gym and started my work out on the treadmill and it seemed a little difficult to get my heart up to speed. I was at 15% incline at 5.0 speed and staying at about 135 bmp. I was irritated>:( Then I suddenly cramped about 1hr 45 min into my routine ( the routine that was going straight to hell in a hand basket ><) when it was time to go home>:( Oh well, I burned a little over 900 calories.  

    Tomarrow I am going to start lifting weights again. I will try to limit the aerobics to about 30 min - 45 min max!!! Then work on my crunches and strengthing my back. I think I will work my lower body on Saturdays and my upper body on Sundays. Maybe I still want to burn about 650 calories though so I am going to try and keep my heart rate up:P

I am slowly shuting off the negative self hate tape that has played so long in my internal dialoge.
