Yay after finally figuering out this eating + gym thing I have finally started losing again!!!!! I am down a little over 7lbs!!! I was so excited!! So I have learned that I have to eat to lose ..period the end. I am really liking this zig zag meal planning...one day 1700 calories the next 1900 or so..cause there have been days this week that I know I hit over 2000 calories! And I still lost! I really like the feeling of knowing I can do this..not over night but in the long run.
I did not gain it over night yet, I so badly want to take it off over night...and eating is the answer.So I have decided to set goals... my first one will be 200 lbs ....then I will take an accounting of what methods worked and what didn't.... I will never starve my body again. ( My weight of this goal is 213)
I have stared lifting weights to gain muscle.( because if I am going to be big and stalky I would rather it be muscle than fat) 40 min of cardio and then I either work my legs or i work my chest, shoulders, arms... I am burning about 900 calories per day just doing that. My husband ( an angle on earth just for me) suggested that I eat before I go to the gym ( because I wasn't and I was tiring out so badly) even if it is just a peice of fruit...and so I have and my work out is going so much better...I have alot ( and I mean A L O T ) more energy though out my days now.
