my first week was educational. I learned that when I'm really stressed at work, that I need to 'bite' and 'crunch' something and I end up reaching for candy. when i feel good, i dont need food to pacify me. I still need to work on my snacks and after dinner treats. in one wee i lost 2.8 which is great. my goal is to get out of the 170's and into the 160's. 2.6 lbs to go.
