leaving for disney, concerned that I won't be able to follow my calories
will be walking alot. and swimming. try to eat half of everything.
increased veggies and fruit. is the plan, and lots of fluids !!!!
anxious about kids on trip. and chris
You can do it. We do Disney ALOT and I can honestly say that I never gain weight when we are there. Just have fun, snack on the fruits they have available (are you going to Disneyland or Disneyworld?) ...don't balk at the prices. First and foremost..don't stress, remember you are there to have a good time with the kids. The park has gotten much better with their healthier food choices, just stay away from the fast food lines. |
