so i'm going to overhaul my eating habits, because over the last couple of days i have been eating soooooooo crappy. i think it is b/c i an on my period, but i eat sooooo many sweets, and soooo many calories-- especiallly in the morning!
so, on my "sedentary" days (which is barely any days.... more like a sunday here or there... or a day that i have to skip x-c practice) my calorie limit is 1200...sooooooooo
- breakfast 300 calories
- lunch 400 calories
- dinner 300 calories
- snacks 200 calories
BREAKFAST IDEAS
- weight control oatmeal (160) and yogurt (100) and coffee+one tbsp creamer (45)= 305
- oatmeal (150) and an egg (70) and coffee+ one tbsp creamer (45)=265.....or coffee +2 tbsp creamer=305
- toast (110) and 1 tbsp peanut butter (100) and a banana (90) and coffee with no creamer..... 305
- toast (110) and 3 egg whites (17 xs 3 = 51) and an apple (100) and coffee with 1 tbsp creamer (45) = 306?
