Entry 151.1

... is how much I weighed today. WHOA. 6 weeks into my workout program and I have lost 8-10 lbs. Can you even believe that? Because I have never weighed this little in my life. I just blew past the 150's. Sure, I've been working hard. And eating less (but only by about 200 cals per day). But to have lost that many pounds in such a short period, after being plateaued for like 2 years... it's staggering. The question now is: how far should I go?

Oh man... I just realized that I'm within a healthy BMI range!!!!! Probably for the first time ever in my life...

Maybe I'll write more once I can compute this in my head because right now, I'm blown away.

(btw, we did this insane workout today...

Warm-up: repeated twice... Runs up the stairs [flights 6-12], 40 total leg swings, then 10 inchworm-cobra-spiderman combos.

Main workout (done with partner):   40 sit-ups into standing position (or 80 sit-ups, if the stand-ups are hard on your back) + 35 squat jumps with clap overhead + 30 jump lunges + 25 speed skaters (side to side jumps) + 20 pushups + 15 tricep dips with 5 second hold at the bottom + 100 tubing rows [partner holds the tubing while in a wall sit position, then you switch].... THEN, run up the stairs to the rooftop... flights 6-29!!!

Core: 5 mins total... one min each of various moves.

Let me just say: the stairs were the hardest part.)

Thanks girls!

I can tell a difference in my clothes. I bought 3 pairs of size 10 pants when I was in Chicago and they're definitely baggy (though still wearable).

I should also note that I was 151.1 on their digital scale... when I weigh myself at the gym on a doctor's scale, it's usually 5-7 lbs more. Still, it's definitely gone down in the past few weeks!
