no more sodas.
no more junk food. [[not that i eat much of it anyway.]]

yes, more veggies.
yes, more fruits.
yes, more water.
yes, more exercise.

i have to make the time to work out and use the time effectively.   i'm never consistent OR work hard enough.   i gotta get it together.
