So, I came across this journal entry by someone:
"so i went to lunch at pei wei... had the chicken pad thai. which apparently has 560 calories! yikes! luckily, i only ate half of it at lunch cause i was eating with my girlfriend mary who is a RAIL and only had soup.
by eating slowly I wasn't interested in finishing my meal and ate the second half of it for breakfast today. :-)
i am so close to that 180 mark i don't want to blow my momentum!"
Then, I thought: That'd work. I just have to think of miss skinnies; Aria

If you've always dreamed of having a model-thin body and are willing to adhere to a hard-core, low-calorie vegan diet, you may want to join the legions of women following the sassy, smart-mouth advice doled out in the book with the unprintable name: Skinny B****.
A drawing of a pencil-thin model type in a skintight dress graces the cover of "Skinny," which -- with a tone that's part girlfriend and part foul-mouthed truck driver -- is not for the faint of heart.
The premise of the book, written by former model Kim Barnouin and former model agent Rory Freedman, is that if you give up animal products, fast food, and processed food and eat a whole, natural vegan diet, you'll be happier, healthier, more energized -- and skinny.
There's no calorie counting to worry about with this vegan diet regimen. You can eat all the organic fruits, veggies, whole grains, and natural food you want -- but forget about meat, fish, dairy, eggs, sugar, artificial sweeteners, refined flour, caffeine, diet sodas, and anything that contains chemicals that you can't pronounce.
The book also encourages regular exercise, and recommends yoga in particular.
What You Can Eat
Plenty of high-fiber, natural fruits, soy products, and vegetables, along with certain processed foods from health food stores, are the foundation of the "Skinny" vegan diet plan. Dieters are encouraged to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and to have a snack only if needed.
Foods that are allowed include:
- Organic fruits and veggies
- Soy products, beans, and nuts
- Organic canola, olive and sesame oils, and coconut oil
- Whole-grain cereals and bread, whole-wheat pasta, vegetable pasta, tortillas, brown rice, barley, quinoa, potatoes, and sweet potatoes
- Organic corn chips; tofu ice cream; and desserts sweetened with cane juice, maple syrup, raw sugar, or other natural, unrefined products
- Water, decaf green tea, and organic red wine on occasion.
A typical meal plan might look like this:
- Breakfast: mango, banana, kiwi, and soy yogurt
- Lunch: organic salad with lots of raw vegetables
- Snack (a small serving from the approved list and only if necessary): exotic vegetable chips
- Dinner: vegetarian Pad Thai
Despite the advice to eat natural, whole foods, there is a list of "acceptable" processed foods, such as Double Rainbow soy cream, Veggie Stix shoestring potato sticks, and Newman's Own organic salted round pretzels. Snack foods are included to satisfy cravings and ward off feelings of denial that the co-authors recognize is the Achilles' heel of dieters.
Meat is decribed as "dead, rotting, decomposing flesh," dairy is dished as "toxic," and even honey from bees is banned. Pesticides, additives, artificial ingredients, and sugar ("liquid Satan") are forbidden, and blamed for all kinds of maladies.
The long list of forbidden foods includes all animal products (meat, poultry, eggs, dairy, fish), soda, beer ("for frat boys"), alcohol, caffeine, foods with chemical additives like artificial sweeteners, and anything with refined flour or sugar.
How It WorksFreedman and Barnouin are focused on changing the way people eat, with the aim of making the vegan diet the new typical American way of eating. By eating a diet free of animal products and additives, they say, you will take better care of yourself, and end up healthier and thinner.
"By avoiding all animal products, you eliminate hard-to-digest foods full of unhealthy ingredients, and eating a high-fiber vegan diet, you will be cleaned out and detoxified," Barnouin says.
Dieters are advised to wait to eat until they're nearly ravenous, to get used to the feeling of an empty stomach. They're also told to understand that "headaches, nausea, and hunger are a result of your body's cleaning itself." An entire chapter devoted to "pooping" touts the benefits of a high-fiber diet rich in plant foods.
The book also recommends cleanses and fasts.
What the Experts SayExperts agree that most Americans would benefit from eating a more plant-based diet. The American Dietetic Association approves of carefully planned vegetarian and vegan diets..
The spicy language and in-your-face animal rights message of "Skinny" will appeal to some people -- but will be difficult for others to take.

is disgusting.
Oh, why? Why do I have to live here?
It sucks.
There is a tiny dead mouse on the roof, right in front of my window.
Yeah, nice view. I just got done cleaning mouse droppings off of the bottom food shelf, FOOD self. uuuuuugh. No mask or gloves.
All the other shelves have rust rings all over the bottom but this shelf. I had to soak the droppings in bleach to avoid getting sick, before I cleaned it.
He says some of the paint chipped and peeled of. I don't see it, I looked. So I clean up the filth in his home and he finds something to get mad about. yay. I hate him. I REALLY don't want to live with my mother's boyfriend.
He's always nit-picking at what I say and do and accusing me of things I don't do. And he yells and shakes as he does it.
School is stressful,
I can't focus when I don't have my laptop and my room is unpacked and they're always yelling. I hate it. This better all be taken care of any October first or I'll cry.
I need to:
- Get back on track in school.
- Clean and unpack my bedroom.
- Find a way to calm down.
- Make a Routine.

Monday I officially started my diet. And, ofcourse, the very day I start the people around me(family) start to get in the way. I am proud to say that I did not allow this and I will not allow this. I need this for myself. I need at the very leastthis one thing. It sounds selfish, but I don't care because I NEED to be selfish at this point.
At this point I need to smooth the rough edges of my plan and set up a rewards system. [:
