So, I've started today. I don't need to lose loads of weight, just a few pounds really, but i know I'll feel loads better about myself once I've got them off.
Started today with a bacon bap from the local sandwich shop - not the best start I know! But I have counted it into my daily calorie allowance, so it's all good.
Salad for lunch, which made me feel better and was actually quite filling!
Just waiting for my fella to make my dinner now - Thai curry, mmmm. Don't know what the calories are yet, but I'll find out and hopefully it won't be too bad.
