Entry Didn't I say something about getting back on track!?

Gosh, what an awful few months it's been. I was doing so well. My only problem was that I was slightly obsessed. I can't remember what happened first. I had a busy week, then I had a vacation week, then I was sick, then my husband was sick...excuses, excuses. In any case, I fell of the wagon. I haven't gained much back, but I'm starting to feel "fluffier" again so I really need to get back to calorie counting, water drinking, vitamin taking and exercising. That will make me feel much better. I always felt so "in control" when I was doing well and managing my health and diet. My husband has stopped loosing too. He's not gaining, but he's not loosing. And, based on how easily men seem to loose weight, that's pretty bad! lol.

First plan is to clean up the fridge and stock up on good, easy, nurtition foods. Then I need to incorporate more gym time. Gosh I really wish I could go in the morning! I'll try...I really will!

My goal for now is 5 lbs. That is perfectly achieve-able and will put me back a bit ahead of where I left off. When I succeed, it's time for some fall boots!
