Entry Wisdom Teeth Removal does NOT equal weight loss
Jul 05 2009 15:26

so you would think with the removal of my 4 wisdom teeth that i would have maybe shed a few extra pounds... but unfortunately not. with the surrounding of several pints of icecream, cans and cans of spagettios, pasta and rice out the WAZZOO.... r yall gettin the point? i pigged out without the option of even opening my mouth more than the heght of a spoon. it's quite sad...

so today my pain is finally down and i'm feeling a little better, minus the hangover high of my meds, but i got on the scale today. i weighed in at 127... my reaction was AHHHH!! i'd gained 5 pounds in a week when in reality i was hoping to maybe lose that amount (when i first got my wisdom teeth out) and be down to my goal weight... unfortunately i allowed myself to gorge food at all hours and lay around on my butt. Yell

and yes i kno i shouldnt be beating myself up about it, i mean it's just 5 pounds and i couldnt eat much else, but i subconsciously used the fact that i was sick and in pain as an excuse to "feel better" with a hell of a lot of bad food in extreme excess. damn emotional eating... lol. well now that i can slightly open my mouth a little more day after day so i'm looking forward to choosing better foods that i can actually eat.

this being my first entry im allowing myself to not care that this may be excessively long, because i have alot to say. i want to try my hardest to be happy and healthy and to achieve this the right way. for so long i tryed 2 achieve happiness and weightloss the unhealhty and quick way- i am a recovering anorexic. i want so badly to do this for life and do it right, i just honestly dont kno how. that sounds dumb because it should b easy- just eat healthy and exercise- but it isnt. that's y im happy i joined this site. it's a place where i can b mself and get some advice from people who may not be going through exactly what i am, but can understand, maybe a little bit.

well ok, guess that's it for now. kinda hungry... what should i eat?

Later!!!
