I just felt like blogging again. It's almost two weeks again since I started Calorie Count again. At first it started off pretty well but on the weekend I had a huge binge. I honestly thought I was over them but I guess I underate by too much one of the days and the next day we had an abnormal dinner - chicken nuggets, salad and chips - and I couldn't control myself. The next night we had dumplings and I went overboard again. Also there were just too many tempting foods that I couldn't resist like sushi and such. I'm currently in the middle of exams so that has helped keep my mind off food. I normally eat more during exams but this time I've been trying to log everything so I haven't. It also makes me feel guilty that I binged so much on the weekend so I'm trying to make up for it. I've also realised that being way too full just makes me feel sick so it kind of puts me off it a bit. I've been trying to listen to my body and it's helping a lot!

WOW. That was a huge ramble.
