Entry Day ended better!
Jan 25 2007 19:27

Well my day ended better than it started!  I was able to prepare dinner, eat, get my daughter to dance, do my RIU, pick my daughter up from dance, and complete dishes all before 7:30 pm.  Yipee!  My RIU went great tonight.  The alternating legs during the "all fours" butt workout helped tremedously!!!! Hopefully I will work up the strength to do as instructed but for now this feels much better!  I don't feel like I'm giving up while doing them.  I prepared Aspargus for dinner (trying new things since I don't like veggies) and they were pretty good.  My kids loved them.  I plan on trying artichokes this weekend.  We'll see how that goes.  That's all for tonight, have to help with homework and get ready for tomorrow morning!

well i googled it...  it is the break down of the amino acids that causes sulfur...  it also said it is the same type of thing that causes skunks to have an odor... nice huh?  haha... i am still going to eat it though!  steamed with a smidge of shredded cheese on top.

Blasting through RIU, good for you :) And if alternating legs enables you to give it your all then you're definitely doing something right. Keep up the great work :)
