It has been 12 days since I started my diet and workout. When I started this I set a goal of 50 pounds by mid June but I am taking it 10 pounds at a time, per month. So far this month I have lost 8.5 pounds. I can't believe it!!! Only 1.5 more pounds and I have already hit my January goal. How awesome is this. And since I have started my Jillian Michaels 30 day shred I have noticed such a difference im my body. I pulled out some pictures of myself when I was about 18 and 135 pounds. What motivation.......this makes me work so much harder now. To know that I can acheive this and get back down to what I was when I married my husband 15 years ago is just amazing.......I can't wait to see where this new journey takes me.......
