I've done so much better with eating today. I made myself an omlette in the morning, had fruit and yogurt for lunch and a ham sandwich and a cup of pasta for supper.  And i'm still 25 calories under budget! yay! I didn't snack on anything unhealthy (yet!! and I won't tonight.. maybe. ugh!) So I feel pretty good about that. It's so much easier to eat on school days than the weekend or at work.

But this morning I weighed myself I was 156. something in the high regions. WTF.

I must fluctuate a LOT because I was 194.4 YESTERDAY morning. It's frustrating to see numbers go UP. And I even pooped a lot yesterday (lol).

 

Oh well. I can only keep on going and taking every day one day at a time and do the best that I can.

I need to start incorporating a little bit of exercise into my days. I just find it so hard to get up and get to it when I get home from a long day at school. I should try for going out for a walk at least around the block every day. It's getting so cold out though! I better dress warmly.

*update* Oh my dear effing lord i just added almost another 1000 calories on tonight. I had 2 Tim Hortons muffins and a small blizzard at dairy queen. 2500 calories today. I feel so DEPRESSED.

 

i have such a hard time. I was doing SO WELL and i've ruined it the past couple of days. I really need to get back on track and start exercising or I will not go anywhere.

 

I'm super sad.
