			<title>A new day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I am going to begin this day with a better attitude.&amp;nbsp; I did great for breakfast.&amp;nbsp; I plan on an apple for lunch.&amp;nbsp; I will go out this afternoon run some errands and maybework in the yard.&amp;nbsp; It is very cold out but they are still cutting&amp;nbsp;down the trees and&amp;nbsp;my neighbors are out there and it is only 30 degrees and everything is covered with snow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/christinedavidson/265423.html</comments>

			<title>Snowy Day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;It was a terrible day today It snowed all day and I did nothing but watch TV.&amp;nbsp; This was a big mistake by lunch time I was in the refridgerater.&amp;nbsp; Evening came I had a headache from so much TV and ate pizza then ate cookies after dinner.&amp;nbsp; I am now discusted with myself.&amp;nbsp; I am miserable I need places to go I need spring so I can get out I HATE WINTER AND I HATE THE SNOW&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/christinedavidson/265155.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today was a good day I worked outside for aabout half hour&amp;nbsp; ate very light.&amp;nbsp; I hope that tomorrow will be just as successful.&amp;nbsp; I a feeling good about this month I am hoping for a great weight loss this week.&amp;nbsp; I worked at it every minute of the day.&amp;nbsp; Tomorrow we are expecting another snow storm so I will spend at least one hour&amp;nbsp; shoveling oh great.&amp;nbsp; the rest of the time I want to do some housework, reading , and some computer evites.&amp;nbsp; I need to think positive.&amp;nbsp; I cannot let anything get me down.&amp;nbsp; I wish I could go on vacation&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/christinedavidson/264743.html</comments>

			<title>the challenge of the day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;font&gt;I ate a lot today actually I ate too much today and I did not do too much exercise.&amp;nbsp; I neeed to focus, focus, focus.&amp;nbsp; Tomorrow I will be better I will eat very responsibly.&amp;nbsp; I have some wood I can move I will try to get on to my esxercise bicycle tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; I have to get the food under control.&amp;nbsp; Clear choices no fat reduce the calories&amp;nbsp; work on adding protein.&amp;nbsp; I will lose 10 lbs this month.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/christinedavidson/264304.html</comments>

			<title>Feb 1 A new challenge</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ihave weighed in and I have begun thinking thin.&amp;nbsp; I want to work outside&amp;nbsp; today moving wood It will be about 30 degrees so it ill be cold so maybe only an hour or so but that will be enough.&amp;nbsp; Food should be OK and this week should be&amp;nbsp; a good food week.&amp;nbsp; Lots of fish&amp;nbsp; and salads.&amp;nbsp; My goal is 10 Lbs.&amp;nbsp; Let's see what happens.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Another Snow storm</title>

			<title>Getting out of my comfort zone</title>

			<title>Great Day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today was a great day I raked leaves for an hour and I moved a wood pile for an hour .&amp;nbsp; It was hard work and I&amp;nbsp;am&amp;nbsp;tired tonight but I burned about 1000 calories&amp;nbsp; and only ate 1000 calories so I will hopefully lose some weight.&amp;nbsp; I hope tomorrow that I can ride my bike&amp;nbsp; I will have a good food day as I am making dinner for Mark and we will have the&amp;nbsp; same damn dinner&amp;nbsp; Salmon, sweet potato, salad.&amp;nbsp; I am happy that the week is going so well.&amp;nbsp; I really want to lose 10 lbs this month.&amp;nbsp; I want the momentum of 10 lbs a month.&amp;nbsp; that would mean I could lose another 10&amp;nbsp; by the end of Dec. and then I wouldave lost 30 lbs.&amp;nbsp; I can begin to feel the weight loss.&amp;nbsp; I wish I could find the inspirational message that was sent to me october first I would copy it and read it over and over because it has helped me stop eating and change my life.&amp;nbsp; I will lose 111 lbs.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/christinedavidson/242416.html</comments>

			<title>long day</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I went to Carols funeral&amp;nbsp; today It was very sad.&amp;nbsp; She died of lung cancer&amp;nbsp; only discovered last May.&amp;nbsp; I saw her last at another friends funeral.&amp;nbsp; Sue reminded me that four Past Presidents of ADK died within the past eight monthes.&amp;nbsp; That really bothered me Since I was a State President&amp;nbsp; twice.&amp;nbsp; I spent the next few hours shopping alone.&amp;nbsp; then I drove with Mark to an appointment so much of the day was quiet and qwqy from food.&amp;nbsp; I have had two good food days&amp;nbsp; little exercise but tomorrow I will exercise.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/christinedavidson/242142.html</comments>
