Entry goals for the week

This week for goals i am really going to work on my eating. . i have an eating plan set which is a protein bar for breakfast slimfast for a snack. sandwich and fruit for lunch yogurt for afternoon snack ckn wrap for dinner and a slimfast after my workout thats about 1200 cal. my wrkout will stay the same 3days cardio 1hr and abs and 2 days weights and cardio. . and hopefully i will hit my goal of loosing 16 lbs this month
