Well first entry... Figured nothing else has worked, so maybe putting my weight and eating habits out on the world wide web might kick me in the ass a little. Tomorrow my husband and I are going to join the gym that we should have joined years ago.
Really I am doing this all because I want to get healthy enough to have a baby. My health is OK at this point, but I don't want there to be any sort of issues and I have a big fear of gestational diabetes! So here is to healthy goals and healthy life!
