So Chuck and I joined the gym today I am very excited.  the manager is a young dude named Steve who seems to ligitimately want to help us.  So I am really excited and really motivated.  I think I finally have my shit together to actually get healthy.  And when my friend Amy has her babeh we can go to the gym together!  That will be even more motivation!
