Entry Somewhere Far From Home, In The Danger Zone

So tonight was our first night at the gym..  and I am pretty stinky :)  I worked out for a total of 45 minutes and ended up burning 300 calories!  I also ate really really good today eating 1879 calories and I drank 100+oz of water!  I feel really good, I have had my calories pretty much in control for the last couple weeks so adding the workout is even better! 

 

Tonight was also the first night of doing the "Couch to 5K Running Plan" - http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml - which supposedly can get any beginner runner running 3 miles in 2 months.  Well my first time went ok.  I only got up to 15 minutes before I couldn't really do it anymore, but its a start!  I am going to keep at it and hopefully in 3 or so months I will be able to run 3 miles!Cool
