So today I went to Lady Footlocker and bought AMAZING new shoes, comfy socks, and awesome shorts. I'm sooo excited to go for a run. Today I went running for 23 minutes, lifted weights for 30 minutes, and then went to a 30 minute abs and glutes class. I was so tired and exhausted after but it felt good! I'm really good at the excersize thing, its the eating that is so hard to control! I feel like i work out and work out and still don't lose weight. It's so frustrating! But I will feel annoyed by that on a day that I didn't just buy awesome running shoes :)
If your working out a lot you could be gaining muscle which weighs more than fat and that might be why you aren't losing....Maybe you should try taking measurements and using that as a reference. I know when I started working out again I wasn't losing weight but all my clothes were fitting differently (more loose |
